International Cancer Charity

We were asked to provide them with a phone system for 25 users in the same office and that would be able to handle the existing 25 remote users.  They required call queues, voice recording and voicemail to email, web conferencing and instant messaging. Each user was to have their own direct dial number, but they did not want to use traditional handsets so a good soft-phone was imperative. The 3CX softphone has all the features that are required and a few more as well!

We provided them with a charity 0300 number and moved their existing phone number into the cloud so that we could add it to their existing SIP trunk. This approach gives them the option of being able to redirect these phone numbers in times of emergency.
